Talent Point

Starting our talent nurturing at school, we gain information from the parents in a questionnaire and personally then we start measuring our students in different situations.
We work in small groups of students according to their abilities and which skills we want to improve. We develop and create own materials, games and exercises to improve children’s talent.

Objectives:
- To develope physical maturity, motor skills; intellectual skills; emotional, volitional skills; socialization skills and language skills.
- To improve new techniques, methods and materials.
- To develop creativity and innovation.
- To learn and use different types of ICT.

Approach:
1. Cognition of students - input measurement
The base of effective education, teaching is the cognition of the child's personality. The first things that teachers can get is the information gaining from parents. The results are put into charts to make the child's development clear and understandable for parents.

2. Developing work
To reach the aims for everybody we need individual development. Planned developing work can be started based on measured results. Children can reach their optimum level after enough practice from levels to levels. Our responsibility is to find the most suitable means, methods and to extend our collection of repertoire.

3. Following measurement at the end of school year
To see the results we plan a re-measurement at the end of the school year. we consult with parents discussing the next steps. We plan measurement at subjects as it will supply the base of advancement.
